Heavy high, even for someone like me, who is so laden with anxiety I can barely move sometimes, and slowly gave way to an effortless sleep. I have PTSD and I noticed this cut back my nightmares, too. It's a physical high and a cerebral high but it also brought me out of my head some, which I need.
